China State Construction Engineering (Hong Kong) Ltd (CSHK) has been engaged in the construction business in Hong Kong since 1979, including the construction of building, civil engineering, foundational engineering, mechanical and electrical engineering, and other construction-related business. At the same time, it is one of the large-scale builders in Hong Kong that holds five construction licenses, with the highest level being the C-license issued by the Works Bureau. It is allowed to bid for public building construction, seaport works, roads and drainage, site development and water services. For over 40 years, CSHK has participated in the construction industry and has demonstrated its excellence in high-quality management, with its core expertise in the construction of high-quality and technical projects. Having undertaken more than 800 such projects in Hong Kong and Macau, CSHK has accumulated a rich and diverse portfolio in construction and engineering. In recent years, the company has also been investing in building technology products and its information technology business, creating its own smart construction site brand -- C-SMART. CSHK will continue to expand its technology application scope, fulfilling the principal of low carbon construction, promoting sustainable development, and leading the industry to a new era of high efficiency construction.
