Wong and Ouyang (HK) Ltd., incorporated in 1983, was founded as Wong, Ng and Associates in 1957, which then became Wong, Ng, Ouyang and Associates in 1964, and Wong and Ouyang and Associates in 1972. Wong and Ouyang is a well-established group of architectural and engineering practice with over 250 professional and support personnel with offices in Hong Kong, Shanghai and Guangzhou. The Group handles many different types of building projects from feasibility studies through to final construction and offers consultancy services in architecture, urban planning, civil/structural engineering, electrical and mechanical engineering together with interior design and graphic design. Wong and Ouyang (HK) Ltd. is organized into specialized teams according to building types, covering residential buildings, hotels, offices, commercial buildings, educational, institutional, health care, and industrial buildings. Members of each specialized team are familiar with the latest developments internationally and in Hong Kong concerning planning, construction, and costing. The teams are motivated by a centralized Design Department to provide creative designs with a balance of economy, buildability and environmental awareness.
