Exclusive Event for HKGBC Members – Green Building Tour to Sino Inno Lab and The Spark (只提供英文版)

The HKGBC is excited to collaborate with Sino Group, HKGBC’s Platinum Patron Member, to organise the Green Building Tour exclusively for our Patron and Basic Members, to the Sino Inno Lab and The Spark on 14 May 2025 (Wed).

As the admirable winner of the Pioneer Award of Green Building Leadership in the Green Building Award 2023, Sino Group is dedicated to advancing innovation and technology and established the Sino Inno Lab as a vibrant centre for creativity and collaboration. As the trailblazer among Hong Kong's property developers to set up an innovation lab in the Northern Metropolis, Sino Group leverages this open platform and soft-landing pad for emerging technology start-ups, as well as an exchange point for innovators. By engaging internal and external stakeholders, Sino aims to cultivate an innovative culture and build a robust knowledge network. At the Lab, you can anticipate a range of AI-powered smart applications, green high-tech building products, and wellbeing-enhancing appliances. Moreover, explore how these elements can seamlessly integrate to enhance building performance and elevate the living standards.

For HKGBC Patron and Basic Members Only. Due to limited capacity, priority will be given to higher tiers of HKGBC Membership, and on a first-come-first-served basis within the same tier of Membership.
